How to register?

To register for a Shabiki account please visit https://www.shabiki.com and click on the Register icon on the website.

• Fill out your phone number
• Create a 6-character password
• Confirm the 6-character password and click on sign up.
• Your account will be created and a confirmation SMS sent to you.

To register via SMS kindly send the name ‘Shabiki’ to 29063 or ‘Join’ to 29063. You will receive a confirmation message with a link directing you to the terms and conditions on Shabiki.

Can I create more than one account on Shabiki?

No, you are not allowed to have more than one account. In case of a problem with your account, kindly reach out to our customer care team for further assistance.

How do I deposit?

Upon completion of the registration process then you can now deposit money in your Shabiki account. The process is quite simple and as follows:

1. Go to the M-PESA Menu on your mobile phone
2. Select Lipa na M-PESA.
3. Select Pay bill
4. Enter 290063 as the business number
5. Enter SHABIKI as the account number
6. Enter the amount you wish to deposit e.g., 500
7. Enter your M-PESA PIN and send
8. You will receive an SMS confirming the transaction.

To deposit via the website, login with your personal details. Once logged in click on the deposit icon, a pop up will appear for you to key in the preferred amount, click on deposit to get a notification from Safaricom via SMS. To confirm the transaction, you will key in your Mpesa PIN and press okay. The notification will read "Do you want to pay Ksh. xx to SHABIKI acc. Enter Mpesa PIN” 

• To deposit via SMS, Send Deposit amount to 29063 e.g., Deposit 100

 How to place a bet.

• Log into your account
• Select or search for your chosen sport, tournament, country or league and click on it.
• From here you can select specific events, tournaments and leagues on that sport. For example, to bet on Champions League football you would select ‘Football’ then ‘Other Leagues’.
• Once you have chosen your event you will be brought to a screen highlighting a range of markets.
• Select the odds you want to bet on by clicking on them.
• The chosen selections will automatically be added to the betting slip shown at the bottom of your screen.
• Once you’ve made your selections you click on the bet slip icon at the bottom of the screen. 
• Insert the amount you wish to bet and then click on “Place Bet”.

6. Withdrawal can also be done via SMS in the format as follows: Send Withdraw amount or W#Amount (eg) W#50 to 29063 e.g., Withdraw 50

What is cash out?

With Cash Out you no longer have to wait for your bet to finish to pocket your profit. Just choose the bet you want to Cash Out and you will be paid the amount regardless of the outcome of the event.
